So after doing a bit of research, I started making offerings of strawberry vodka to Hermes. Lore says strawberries are significant to him, so why not? I got no strong yes but no strong no either (which for me, as a non-woo person, is usual), and no news is good news/silence gives assent, right?
About halfway through the bottle, it disappeared. I took that as a “thanks, but no thanks.”
So at the store the other day, I passed the cinnamon whiskey. That got a little mental tug.
So, cinnamon whiskey it is then.
